Yes the 25BV counts towards your OAP! And you will only have 75BV remaining (if you do not buy anything else before the OAP runs for the month).

LiveSmart 360 cannot make any product claims such as influencing a disease or ailment. However we can tell you the trace minerals and electrolytes (which comprise ZorbMax) will not hurt any individual taking 360 Mist (Pure ZorbMax).
We will be releasing more information on the benefits of 360 Mist in the future (including info straight from Dr. Shawn Mueller, the Doctor who developed ZorbMax).
